Scene of the Week: Alex Comforts a Crying Meredith

This week's Scene is from the Grey's Anatomy episode, "The Sound of Silence", in which Meredith gets brutally attacked by a patient and has thus far been unable to hear anything since the attack. In this scene Alex comes to comfort her, spots his best friend crying, and lays down next to her. As he talks to her they both suddenly realize that, hang on, she can hear him again! The moment that follows is one of my favorites on the show ever, especially between Meredith Grey and Alex Karev, who have been through quite a LOT together. Awwww!
