It seems like it's taking a very long time for Grey's Anatomy to return from its winter break, but to tide us over until Thursday (Feb. 11), here's a sneak peek at "The Sound of Silence". It doesn't deal with Meredith's SPOILER, but we get a hint at another possible disaster that happens in the episode.
